- **Region · Window · Screen** — Grab any region, a single window, or the full display. Copy to clipboard and paste into chat or docs.

### Are my screenshots uploaded?

Not by default. Capture, annotate, plain-text OCR, export, and recording stay on your machine. Only formula, table, and chemical symbol recognition, cloud translation, and link sharing upload your selected content — and only when you use those Pro features.

### How is it different from the system screenshot tool?

The system tool only captures. FoxSnip adds annotation, OCR, scrolling capture, Pin, history, and optional recording — one app for the whole workflow.

### Does local OCR burn Pro credits?

No. Plain-text OCR stays on-device under Trial / Plus quotas. Formula, table, and chemical symbol recognition run on our servers and use Pro credits.

### Do I need Plus before Pro?

No. Three months of Pro includes a free Plus license, so the local app stays yours. You can also buy Plus on its own.

### What happens when the trial ends?

The trial lasts 15 days with every Plus feature unlocked. When it ends, buy Plus (one-time) or Pro to continue. Your screenshots, projects, and settings are kept.

### Who takes payment, and can I get an invoice?

Creem, an international merchant of record — not a China-mainland entity. We may also use Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, or Stripe depending on the selling entity. You receive an English invoice by email. No mainland-China fapiao. Refunds within 14 days are written in English on the Refunds page.

### What about Team?

Shared libraries, central billing, and seats come after Pro is stable. Not a day-one enterprise product.
