FoxClip Pro is a one-time payment. It is not a subscription and it does not auto-renew.

## Free

There is nothing to refund. The free recorder is the way to check that capture, auto-zoom, and export fit your work before you pay. Exports are 1080p with a small watermark. Commercial use is allowed.

## Pro

- Price: **$69** founder price, **$79** afterwards. One payment for a license on **2 Macs**, watermark-free 4K 60fps export, and **1 year of feature updates**.
- **14-day refund, no reason required.** Email hi@foxpack.com with the order ID and the email used at checkout.
- The refund goes to the original payment method through the merchant of record named on your receipt.
- After the included year, renewing updates is optional. Skipping it does not turn the app off. You don't need a refund to keep the version you bought.

## Chargebacks

Write first. A chargeback on a working license can suspend the key while the dispute is open.
